Private Yoga Session
A one-on-one opportunity to work with an experienced yoga instructor. Receive personalized yoga with a class theme for you and your preferences, or anything you want to work on. Times are set up for your schedule. Are you a beginner? Not comfortable in a group yoga class? Are looking to advance your yoga practice? Do you have a goal of being able to do more advanced poses? Looking for a more therapeutic approach to a particular physical, mental, or emotional goal or need? Tailored to you?

Ayurveda Consultations
a one-on-one session with Nicole where together you will determine your Prakriti (your body constitution) and your Vikriti (your current imbalance). Nicole will provide practical support using yoga, meditation, pranayama, lifestyle focus, Ayurvedic Home remedies, other wellness principles, and other Ayurvedic practices to work with your body constitution and help bring your Vikriti into balance. Once every 3 months you will meet with Nicole to gauge your progress and to reevaluate your current Vikriti (imbalance)
- Discover your Prakriti ( your body constitution) and what that means
- Discover your Vikriti ( your current imbalance) and how to bring it back into balance
- Develop a good dinacharya (lifestyle routine) to keep you healthy
- Receive regular support from a trained Ayurveda Yoga Specialist
Bi-weekly Recorded Meditation
every 2 weeks receive an exclusive recorded meditation to have and use at your convenience. These recordings are not available anywhere else. These recordings may be downloaded and used as often as needed or desired. The style of the meditation will vary. Recordings are voice only, no video which allows more flexibility and convenience for access and use. Use meditations anywhere and support a regular meditation practice.
